How do I connect my phone to a frame?
Open Uhale, sign in, choose Add Frame, then scan the frame’s QR code or enter its invitation code.
Can several people send photos to one frame?
Yes. A frame can be shared with multiple Uhale accounts, and one account can connect to multiple frames.
What can I send?
You can send photos, short video clips, captions, greeting cards and pop-up messages. Available limits can vary by app version and frame model.
Can I manage previously sent photos?
Yes. Open History in the Uhale app to check delivery status and manage supported photo or video records.
Why is my frame offline?
Confirm that the frame is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi, then restart the frame and router. If it remains offline, email support with the frame model and order number.
How do I activate my warranty?
Open the warranty page, enter your name, email and order number, then submit the form. The order is checked through the existing warranty verification service.
